“Make Baklava Like a Greek YiaYia”
119 Lunch and Learn Series.
Join restaurateur Teddi Mangas-Coon on December 14th, 11am-1pm in the Gallery 119 kitchen to make your own pan of Greek Baklava! Perfect to freeze to share during the holidays!
We will each make a small pan of Baklava using 60 layers of filo dough, walnuts, pecans, plenty of butter, sugar and honey. All supplies will be provided. OPA!
While baking, bring a bagged lunch to enjoy. Coffee and water will be provided.
Class is limited to 10 people and plan to go for 2 hours together.
