"Make Baklava Like a Greek YiaYia"
119 Lunch and Learn Series.
Join restaurateur Teddi Mangas-Coon on (November 16th) (noon to 2) in the Gallery 119 kitchen to make your own pan of Greek Baklava! Perfect to freeze to share during the holidays!
We will each make a small pan of Baklava using 60 layers of filo dough, walnuts, pecans, plenty of butter, sugar and honey. All supplies will be provided. OPA!
While baking, bring a bagged lunch to enjoy. Coffee and water will be provided.
Class is limited to 10 people and plan to go for 2 hours together. |
