SCHEDULE
July 25th thru August 2nd—Deliver entries to GALLERY 119 during regular hours (11 to 4
Tuesday through Saturday)
August 4th FIRST FRIDAY exhibit opens 11to 8:30 with reception for artists and the public
from 6 to 8:30. Awards presented at 7:00 and peoples choice at 7:30
August 30th Exhibit closes. Art is to remain for the full run of the exhibit. It may be picked up11 to 4,
August 30th. Art left 30 days beyond exhibit closing date without a board member’s approval
becomes property of Pendleton Artists Society.

ARTISTS
Any Member eighteen years of age or older may enter this exhibit as well as minors with parents written consent. Any art media except video art is welcome. Artists may enter up to 3 pieces not previously exhibited at GALLERY 119.
ENTRY SPECIFICS
Artwork must be original work of the artists and has been completed in the last five years. If selling artwork, sign the verification provided on the entry form. A single entry of any type is limited to 4 components. For the protection of your art, two dimensional art must be properly mounted or framed ready to hang with wire. Paint and sealer must be dry. If entries are over 60” wide or 10 pounds or 3-D entries are over 60” and exceed 50 pounds contact Karen Zane, 765-620-3823 for approval of the events committee.
FEES AND AWARDS
PAS member entry fees: $10 for one piece, $5 each for the second and third pieces
Non members entry fee: $35 for 1 to 3 pieces
Fees payable by credit card, cash, or check payable to Pendleton Artists Society
Artists are encouraged to offer their art for sale. Pendleton Artists Society is responsible for all Sales and retains 30% of the selling price of any work sold for members; 40% for non-members.
This show will be judged. Winners receive the following:
1st place—$100 and a ribbon
2nd place—$50 and a ribbon
3rd place—$30 and a ribbon People’s Choice—$20 and a ribbon
